A Bethpage man has been arrested on a child rape charge.
Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said they investigated a report of a child rape in Bethpage, which led them to discover 58-year-old Louis Garza was responsible for the sexual assault of a child under the age of 14.
The assault allegedly occurred between December 2015 and February 2016.
Garza was arrested Saturday and charged with one count of rape of a child.
He was booked into the Trousdale County Jail. Garza was being held on a $120,000 bond.
