Two months after a mother reported her 13-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted, a suspect has been indicted by a Grand Jury.
According to reports, 30-year-old George Ladd of Bowling Green, Kentucky was already in custody for different charges after being arrested June 11 on a charge of first degree rape.
The incidents with the 13-year-old victim appeared to have happened over a three-year period. An investigation led to the indictment Wednesday.
In that case, Ladd has been charged with first degree rape of a victim under 12 years old, first degree sodomy of a victim under 12 years old, first degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years old, first degree unlawful transaction with a minor under 16 years old, two counts of second degree rape, attempted tampering with physical evidence, and second degree persistent felony offender.
