Smoke from a massive house fire in Brentwood was actually planned.
Brentwood firefighters took part in a training exercise Sunday morning at a home on Harpeth Drive.
The home went up in flames as crews worked to perfect their training and skills while fighting fires.
The training was captured live on Facebook and posted by the City of Brentwood.
The fire burned out before noon Sunday.
