There were tense moments at a Days Inn on Murfreesboro Road in Nashville.
A car ended up in a room at the motel on Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of Murfreesboro Road.
A witness said she believed the driver hit the gas instead of the brakes while leaving the parking lot, but an official cause for the crash had not been released.
The room was empty, and the driver was shaken up, but not injured.
