Police in Murfreesboro are investigating after a cash register was stolen from a local pizza parlor.
According to WGNS News Radio, the incident happened at Sir Pizza located on Memorial Boulevard.
The suspect had apparently been sitting in the lobby for about 30 minutes and at some point, got up, and walked to the counter.
From there, he allegedly stole the cash register and ran out the front door. He drove away in a vehicle with no license plate.
The suspect was described as a man in his mid-20s to early-30s.
