Detectives in Clarksville said they’re searching for a missing 19-year-old.
Authorities said 19-year-old Jamal Rudd was last seen around 9 a.m. on November 26 at the Ringgold Park Apartments.
Rudd was described as a black male, standing around 5’7’’ tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
