Keith Urban was the leading nominee at the fan-voted show that aired live on CMT.
Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Thomas Rhett, and Little Big Town performed. Luke Bryan sang with Jason Derulo, while Earth, Wind & Fire joined Lady Antebellum, and Frampton performed with Brothers Osborne.
Jason Aldean and Darius Rucker paid tribute to Gregg Allman, who died in May.
