A veteran from Columbia, who was reported missing last week, has been found safe.
Authorities said 58-year-old James Edward Jones was dropped off at the VA clinic on Nashville Highway on Thursday to catch the VA transport van to Nashville.
His family had not heard from or seen him since.
Columbia police said Monday morning that Jones has been found safe.
No additional details were released.
