Company Opening Call Center In Columbia

A Tennessee company has planned to open a call center in Columbia, creating 137 new jobs with a $3.6 million investment.

The Daily Herald said medical software and support company Sleep Solutions and Services has been owned by Columbia resident David Baxter.

The state said the company uses Web-based technology with live support to clients with respiratory medical conditions, such as sleep apnea.
