A crash involving multiple vehicles shut down part of Interstate 24 in Rutherford County.
The wreck happened before 3 p.m. Sunday in the westbound lanes near mile marker 87, just past Epps Mill Road.
Details had not been released regarding the cause of the crash or if any injuries were involved.
The roadway was shut down to westbound traffic. Eastbound drivers experienced some delays.
