Emergency crews spent several hours working the scene of a crash in Rutherford County.
The wreck happened on South Rutherford Boulevard and South East Broad Street in Murfreesboro just after 8 p.m. Sunday.
A LifeFlight helicopter was called in to transport one person from the scene. That victim’s condition had not been released. No identities were given by officials.
The roadway in that area was closed while authorities investigated.
The fatal team was also called to the scene, but officials had not released any further details.
