A crash in La Vergne critically injured a woman and shut down northbound traffic on Stones River Road.
Authorities said they worked at the scene of the wreck Saturday night.
The crash happened on Stones River Road at Lake Forest Drive. According to reports, a four-door passenger vehicle and Chevy pickup truck were involved.
One woman was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with critical injuries.
Officials said others were treated and released from the hospital.
The northbound lane was shut down to traffic as crews investigated at the scene.
