More credit and debit card skimmers have been found on bank ATMs in Clarksville.

Authorities had initially reported someone noticed something suspicious about the ATM at First Advantage bank in the 2000 block of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard around 9 a.m. Saturday.

That’s when a skimmer was discovered connected to the mouth of the ATM.

A bank employee then told other branches, and authorities confirmed employees from the branches in the 1900 block of Madison Street and the 1800 block of Fort Campbell Boulevard also found skimmer devices on ATMs.

Police took those devices into their possession. On Sunday, they said another skimmer had been found at F&M Bank in the 1800 block of Madison Street.

Officials have advised all business, especially banks and gas stations, to check their equipment.

Anyone with information has been asked to call the Crime Stoppers TIPS Hotline at 931-645-TIPS (931-645-8477).
