Another defendant in the Vanderbilt Rape case will be back in court to possibly to take a plea deal.
A hearing for Brandon Banks has been set for 9 a.m. Thursday.
Banks faces seven charges in connection to the rape of a female student at a campus dorm back in 2013.
Two other defendants have already been convicted, including Brandon Vandenburg whose set to be sentenced Friday.
