An early morning wreck sent a driver to the hospital with serious injuries.
Officials said the crash happened around 1 a.m. Sunday on Haywood Lane near Antioch Pike.
The driver was traveling on Haywood when he hit a pole. Authorities said he was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with serious injuries. There was no word on his condition.
The car flipped, and officials said the driver’s speed at the time was unknown. Two passengers were also taken to the hospital, but they were expected to be okay.
