An Endangered Child Alert has been issued for a child in east Tennessee who was last seen with her noncustodial father.
Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said the alert was issued for 2-year-old Skyla Lashay Wilson in Cleveland.

She was last seen on Sunday with her noncustodial father, identified as Michael Steven Wilson.
Officials with the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office said she is 2’4” tall and weighs 24 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a green blouse with green and white shorts.
The TBI said Wilson drives a black Kia Soul with Tennessee tag V26-31U.
