A fatal crash involving multiple vehicles closed a portion of Highway 70 in eastern Humphreys County.
The incident was reported shortly after 4 a.m. Friday at Hurricane Creek Road between McEwen and Tennessee City.

Details of the crash were unclear at this time.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway Patrol said at least one person was killed in the crash.
Both eastbound and westbound lanes were blocked for multiple hours throughout the morning, according to those with the Tennessee Department of Transportation.
