Those with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they confiscated a field of marijuana plants.
After deputies received an anonymous tip concerning the possibility someone was growing marijuana on Roberts Road, officials were able to seize 132 plants.
Authorities said the street value of the marijuana came to tens of thousands of dollars.
The plants were found behind a home in Arrington by narcotics investigators and the aviation unit with the sheriff’s office.
Pilots initially spotted the plants after flying over that area Tuesday.
According to reports, the case was being turned over to the District Attorney’s Office for presentation to a grand jury.
No arrests had been made.
