Final preparations for Election Day were underway in Davidson County.
On Sunday, precinct officers picked up electronic poll books and other supplies needed for the 160 voting locations in the county.
From there, they'll go to their designated locations and get ready for Tuesday.
Jeff Roberts, an organizer, described the process as organized chaos.
"It's kind of like the Super Bowl of elections for us,” Roberts said. “A lot of preparations have gone into this, and a lot of people will be happy that it's over, a little break to take a rest, but I think it'll be a big event for Davidson County."
Late Tuesday night all the supplies will be collected and returned.
Polls have been scheduled to be open Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
