A Williamson County home was heavily damaged when an early morning fire broke out at the residence.
The incident happened around 8 a.m. Monday at a home on Carters Creek Pike in Thompson’s Station.
Fire officials on the scene said no one was home at the time of the blaze.
Crews with the Peytonsville Volunteer Fire Department responded, as well as the Spring Hill Fire Department.
The cause remains under investigation.
Authorities did not know at this point if a home heater played a factor in the fire.
