A new development has come to light surrounding former Brentwood High star Jack Montague.
According to reports, Montague has sued Yale University.
Although charges were never filed, the former Yale basketball captain was expelled from the university after a sexual misconduct investigation.
A civil lawsuit said Montague was made "Yale's poster boy for tough enforcement of its Sexual Misconduct Policies."
Montague graduated from Brentwood High School in 2012.
