A former high school teacher who pleaded guilty to statutory rape has been arrested again for allegedly stalking.

According to WGNS, former Blackman High School teacher Jason Lancaster was charged back in 2009 for a string of crimes, including solicitation of a minor and aggravated statutory rape.

WGNS reports that he was arrested again on August 18 on a stalking charge.

Under the original guilty plea, his record could be expunged if he didn't violate his probation.

It’s not clear what this arrest would mean for the previous case.
