Homeless residents who have been living in tents at Fort Negley have a deadline to leave.
Officials confirmed those residents have been given until 11 p.m. Friday to clear out.
Mayor Barry said they will be given transportation to another location, and the city will store their belongings at Greer Stadium.
About two dozen people still call the park home.
The shutdown of the camp at Fort Negley has been in the works since September.
