Protesters hit the downtown square in Franklin to fight President Donald Trump's nominee for U.S. Labor Secretary.
His choice, Andrew Puzder, recently relocated to Franklin from California.
The protest was organized by two groups of Middle Tennesseans who support workers' rights. It also had a Valentine's Day theme.
Participants brought and created Valentine's Day Cards for Puzder, encouraging him to turn down the nomination.
Opponents said his company, which has been the parent company for Hardee's and Carl's Jr, has a history of labor law violations.
