A fugitive out of Michigan has been caught in Nashville after a foot chase with police.
According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville Police, Ronald Fountaine was arrested Wednesday night in north Nashville.
Officers said Fountaine sped off from a traffic stop on Arthur Avenue and abandoned the car a short time later.
Fountaine and a 17-year-old were found later on Jefferson Street and tried to run from police.
However, they were caught.
Fountaine was identified as a fugitive. There was no immediate word on what charges he faces out of Michigan.
