The Bill Goodman Gun and Knife show has been set to end Sunday at the Fairgrounds Nashville, and attendees have been wondering if it could be the last gun show at the fairgrounds.
Last week, Metro Fair Board members put a temporary stop on gun shows at the fairgrounds citing security concerns, but gun show attendees said they're not happy about the possibility of this being the last one.
“For being in the Marines for nine years, it means something to me and everybody here because people keep showing up to get guns and sell guns, whatever the case may be,” said Justin Graff, an attendee.
Metro Councilman Steve Glover has filed a resolution to challenge the decision to temporarily stop gun shows at the Fairgrounds.
Metro Council has been scheduled to take it up December 15.
