Harding Place was shut down for a while overnight after a crash caused downed power lines.

The incident happened on Harding Place at Shadecrest Drive after midnight, early Saturday morning.

Police said two cars were traveling down the road when one clipped the other then hit a pole.

That caused the wires to fall on the car, catching the vehicle on fire.

The roadway was blocked for a while during the clean up. Those with the Nashville Electric Service were able to replace the pole.

No injuries were reported.
