CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - A fugitive wanted in Kentucky has been captured in Montgomery County.
Shantiqua Frazier, age 21, was arrested just before noon Saturday in Clarksville. She was wanted in Warren County, Kentucky for failing to appear in court.
In August, Frazier was arrested on multiple charges, including DUI, wanton endangerment, and endangering the welfare of a child.
She was now also facing failure to appear charges. It was not clear what led to her arrest in Clarksville.
