A suspect has been taken into custody after allegedly pulling a gun on a father and son at an Antioch Home Depot.
According to an affidavit from Metro Nashville Police, the suspect was seen rummaging through their van in the store’s parking lot on Bell Road back on April 7.
The father tackled the suspect; however, the suspect allegedly pulled a gun, jumped in a car and drove away.
The father got the tag number and identified the suspect in a photo lineup as 31-year-old Miguel Echeverria-Delgado.
He was later taken into custody on unrelated charges.
Police said he admitted to being at the Home Depot and said he had a gun on him that day but claimed it was a BB gun.
Echeverria-Delgado was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and theft.
