A man has been taken into custody following a shooting that injured one in Montgomery County.
The incident happened at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on Donna Drive in Clarksville.
Officials with Clarksville Police said an altercation broke out between 34-year-old James Shadowens IV and the male victim.
At some point, Shadowens allegedly shot him in the leg.
The victim was taken to Tennova Healthcare with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
Shadowens was expected to be booked into Montgomery County Jail on an aggravated assault charge.
