A night of hanging out with a friend turned into a horrific nightmare for a woman who was sexually assaulted during an armed robbery.
Metro police said one of the victims, Dante Scott, was at home in the 3600 block of Willowcreek Court with a friend from work named Donzell. Police had not released Donzell’s full name.
Scott was waiting on money to be delivered from a relative when Donzell stepped outside and later re-entered the home with another man in a mask.
Police identified the masked man as Kenzi Eugene Anderson, and they confirmed he had a gun.
Anderson fired a shot into the kitchen floor, and that's when authorities said Scott took off running, leaving his girlfriend behind in the home.
According to reports, the girlfriend was locked in a bedroom when Donzell broke into the room and sexually assaulted her.
Police said Anderson took money and a rental car from the home.
Anderson has been charged with felony aggravated robbery. No further details have been released on Donzell.
