A man has been charged in connection with a carjacking in Robertson County.
The incident happened shortly before 10 p.m. Friday on Watson Road in Springfield.
The 25-year-old victim told Springfield police she was carjacked after giving Lorenzoe Wilson, aka Zoe, a ride.
She was turning onto Watson Road when he allegedly held a knife to her throat and tried to stab her.
Police said she was able to stop the vehicle and get out, while Wilson took off in her vehicle. She was not seriously hurt.
Officers later found the car on Wilson Street.
Wilson was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and theft over $1,000. He was held on a $70,000 bond.
