Man Charged In Wife's Death Called 911

A man has been arrested after he called 911 and said he shot his wife.

Authorities said 33-year-old Benjamin Luck was taken into custody Tuesday after his wife, 35-year-old Daria Paulina Luck, was found dead at the scene.

Benjamin has called 911 before 4 p.m. Tuesday with officers responding to his him in the 3600 block of Houston Road in Cumberland Furnace around 3:51 p.m.

Those with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said they found Daria’s body inside the home where she was pronounced dead.

Benjamin was takin into custody and charged with criminal homicide. Authorities confirmed bond was denied.

The couple's three young children were in the home at the time of the shooting. Authorities said they were not harmed.

All three children were taken in by DCS before being placed in a family friend’s home.

The investigation remained ongoing.
