A Williamson County man has been charged with DUI after crashing his SUV into a creek.
The wreck happened shortly before 10:30 a.m. Saturday on Eddy Lane near Eddy Court in Franklin.
Officials with Franklin Police said 24-year-old Lamonde Harris was taken into custody and admitted to drinking alcohol.
Authorities said he was also found to be in possession of marijuana.
No one was hurt in the crash.
Harris, whom police said is a convicted felon on probation, was charged with DUI, driving on a revoked license, and marijuana possession.
He was released on a $6,000 bond.
