After a man was found shot to death at a home in North Nashville, police began searching for the gunman.
Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department were called to 16th Avenue North near Fisk University around midnight after someone heard several shots fired in the area.
Officers found a man dead inside a house from a gunshot wound. The victim’s identity had not been released.
No arrests were made, and police said they have limited information on a possible suspect. The investigation remained ongoing.
