A Clarksville man has been found guilty of felony murder and other charges in a 2013 home invasion death.
The Leaf-Chronicle reported 29-year-old Joseph Graham was convicted Friday after a four-day trial in Montgomery County Circuit Court in the 2013 death of Miles Hendrick.
Assistant District Attorney Robert Nash told a jury that Graham and two others were armed with the intent of breaking into the home at random and robbing the occupants.
The accused shooter, Curtis O'Neil Shelton, Jr., has been scheduled to face trial in 2017. Another co-defendant, Kentavius Cheeks, pleaded guilty earlier in 2016 to second-degree murder and testified against Graham last week.
Graham's sentencing has been set for February 14.
