A man found suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound has passed away.
Authorities confirmed 34-year-old Kevin Blanchette died from the gunshot wound to his head.
Blanchette was found by a passerby along the side of road before 6 a.m. Wednesday. He was lying near the intersection of Douglas Avenue and Montgomery Avenue.
Details of the shooting were not known as the investigation remained ongoing.
