An 18-year-old man was grazed by a bullet when shots rang out not far from an apartment complex north of downtown Nashville.
Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department responded to the Parkwood Villa Apartments just after 11 p.m. Wednesday after receiving a call about a gunshot victim.
They had initially received a call that two people were shooting at each other at another address.
Investigators said the man was shot on Richmond Hill Drive and walked down the street to the apartments where his girlfriend was staying and called 911.

Authorities set up a command near the 3000 block of Brick Church Pike where they found the victim.
He was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center for treatment. He was expected to make a full recovery.
