The incident happened around 4:28 a.m. Saturday as authorities responded to a crash on Una Antioch Pike.
That’s when the officers heard gunshots.
While at the scene of the crash, reports stated a white car pulled up to the officers. It was missing a front tire and had more than a dozen bullet holes.
