A man was shot while walking home from a party in the Edgehill area.
The incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Saturday at Horton Avenue and 15th Avenue South.
Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department said a black SUV pulled up next to the victim, and someone inside shot him in the stomach.
Police said the victim has been expected to recover.
No additional details were released.
