One man has been killed in a shooting on Patton Road in Clarksville.
Authorities said the incident was reported around 5:09 a.m. Saturday at a home on Patton Road.
Officials arrived and found a man dead inside the home. They confirmed one person was detained.
That area of the street was blocked off for a while Saturday morning while crews investigated at the scene.
“This was an isolated incident,” Shift Sergeant Nathan Vanatta said. “There is no evidence that the community is in any danger from this incident.”
