A man was shot while chasing down a group of teenagers who allegedly robbed him.
The incident happened around 11:30 last night on Highway 70 in west Nashville.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said the victim and his friends were in a parking lot when he tossed his wallet into his truck.
At that time, four or five juveniles reached into the truck and took the wallet and his handgun.
The victim tried to chase the suspects and they shot him with his own gun.
Police said he’s expected to be okay.
