Man Sought In Antioch Home Invasion

An investigation got underway overnight after one person was shot in the leg during a home invasion in Antioch.

The incident happened around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Country Way Road.

Officials with Metro Nashville Police said a man wearing all black went into the home while at least two people were inside playing video games.  

According to the victims, the man took cash and then ran. One person was shot in the leg and taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he’s recovering.

Police said the robbery may have been drug related.  

Both victims had been wanted on unrelated, outstanding warrants. One of them was taken into custody, while the other will be arrested once he's released from the hospital.

Neither of their identities was known.
