Authorities in Putnam County said they've found a missing, endangered child and his mother.
Officials said a 3-year-old was reportedly taken by his mother, identified as 25-year-old Kathy Papacsi.
According to reports, the Department of Children's Services petitioned for emergency custody of the child.
Officials said Papacsi allegedly took the child after learning about the court order. An arrest warrant was issued for Papacsi for custodial interference.
