Rain showers that passed through overnight caused flooding in many areas, including in Scottsville, Kentucky where more than two dozen people were rescued from a daycare.

Emergency crews responded to the scene around 9 a.m. Friday at the Creative Children's Learning Center in the 100 block of Old Hartsville Road.

Reportedly, approximately 30 people were rescued by fire crews as flood waters surrounded the daycare.

Further details were not immediately available from authorities. No injuries were reported.
