A Lot of people have been turning to companies to try and get rid of mosquitoes.
Friday, those with the Metro Public Health Department released an instructional video for homeowners aimed at showing them what to do to reduce mosquito breeding areas in their yards.
MPHD officials said homeowners must take effective steps to fight against mosquito breeding, which can begin in the tiniest of places.
These places can be as small as bottle tops or as large as open garbage can lids.
Following these steps can help keep people safe from illnesses like the Zika virus, West Nile virus, and Chikungunya.
