The two-day Pilgrimage Music Festival has wrapped up.

All weekend, music fans flocked to Franklin to see acts like Violent Femmes, Cake, and Lori McKenna.

The event also featured plenty of food and merchants selling clothes and art.

Those in charge of the event said they also had to take the heat into account. There were more than 25 water filling stations, along with an 800 foot misting tent. They also removed restrictions on the number of water bottles festival goers could bring.

Along with those changes, they also allowed people to bring umbrellas and handed out free water.

The music lasted until 8 p.m. Sunday.
