A neighbor has been credited with disrupting a robbery in progress at a Bellevue apartment complex.
The incident was reported late Wednesday night at the Lexington Apartments, located not far from Old Hickory Boulevard.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said the suspects tried to rob a woman outside of her apartment when a neighbor walked out and fired a warning shot into the air.
The suspects fled but were able to get away with her keys.
From there, an officer spotted their car after they took off from the scene. A Metro Police helicopter followed the vehicle down Interstate 440, towards the Glen rose area.
At that point, they started running and police set up a perimeter.
Officers caught two male suspects rather quickly but a K9 had to track down a woman.
A fourth man was also taken into custody after police said he walked up to the scene and said something that made officers suspicious.
Those arrested were identified as Anya Glanton, Demoscon R. Shannon-Hardin, Antione Strother, and Bryan Christopher Pasquini.
No further details were released.
