An attorney entered a not guilty plea at an arraignment for Juli Glisson.
Glisson, the woman charged with the death of a Metro police officer, was reportedly drunk when she parked on the edge of a boat ramp threatening suicide at the time of the police response in February. The not guilty plea was entered on Wednesday.
The car rolled into the water and Officer Eric Mumaw slipped and died trying to save her.
Glisson has been facing aggravated vehicular homicide charges with another court date in September.
