Police in Lebanon have asked the public’s help in locating a missing 19-year-old with mild cerebral palsy.
Officials with Lebanon Police said Toby Keith Jeffreys was last seen Saturday under a bridge. They said Jeffreys, who is homeless, may be in need of medical assistance.
A cell phone belonging to Jeffreys had pinged several signals in Nashville, but authorities have not been able to make contact with him.
He was described as being 5’10” tall, weighs 130 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, and a red Alabama hat.
